What you DO everyday isn't "small." So don't act like it!

We couldn't agree more. Every day at ACRBC, we have to jump in, take on new challenges, and even enlist experts outside our agency. Yes, the unknown is uncomfortable. But the progress is undeniable, and the wisdom is priceless. It makes us better at what we do and equipped to advise others to JUST JUMP IN too.
The first step is identifying the "something" YOU are "unready to do." Not sure? Ask yourself 3 questions:
1. "What do I know needs to get done, and I can't find the TIME?" 2. "What do I know needs to get done, and I don't have the ABILITY?" 3. "What do I know needs to get done and I JUST DON'T WANT TO?"
Still unsure? Start with "Why am I on this site? " Or how about just admitting: "I feel stagnant and uninspired, and I don't know what to do!" It's a great start.
So okay, you're uninspired and unsure what to do. The way we see it, you have two options: A.) You can go it alone--figure out what the "something(s)" is, chart a course of action, learn the technical and/or artistic skills needed to progress, and find the time to accomplish the "something(s);" OR B.) You can partner with ACRBC. We know hiring a consultant also probably qualifies as something you're "unready to do." And that's okay.
Remember, a breakthrough is right around the corner.
