Sourcing local when possible, partnering with farmers, ranchers, butchers, and other processors that we know and trust, and building lasting relationships with our vendors is fundamental to our restaurant.

Attention to Detail
Building a good customer experience does not happen by accident. It happens by design. From our operating strategy, construction and menu creation to training, restaurant layout and decor, every aspect of Hector’s is intentional and geared toward the customer experience and investor success.
Leadership Team
Meetings with Artisans Group / Sparrow Design Company / Bee and Bumble are scheduled and will continue through May. Construction prep is scheduled to begin in June.
